Christina Ochoa was born in Spain. She has worked as an actress as well as a marine biologist, producer and writer. The grandniece of Nobel laureate Severo Ochoa. Ochoa was raised in a household where both her scientific and artistic abilities were praised equally. She was a social media science educator after completing a rigorous education which took her to Spain, Australia, and America. She is a frequent keynote speaker and host at scientific conferences. Despite her interest in science but it wasn't until a few years when she was older that she discovered acting was truly her passion. Ochoa began her acting profession as an amateur, after which she moved to Madrid in hopes of landing various parts. Her debut was on the screen in 2008, with the show comedy La quiere avecina. Since her debut, she has appeared as a lead in several television programs and has also appeared on the stage. She has been a contributor to Vogue Spain H magazine and El Imparcial. In 2009, she joined Mensa.
